In our initial meeting with you we provide information on the rental process and further explain the services we provide, outlined as follows;

• Explain the various options of rental agreements in the Netherlands and decide together with you which form of contract is applicable for your situation.
• Give advice as to the legal and financial obligations of a landlord.
• Make a valuation of the property based on the current market and advise the best asking price;
• Record all the specific details of your property with measurements, photos and films;
• Write a descriptive text in both English and Dutch;
• Place the property on various rental websites; including Funda, Pararius and many other expat sites;
• Distribute the property through social media links;
• Place a 'To Let' board;
• View the property with potential tenants;
• Facilitate the negotiation process between landlord and the tenant;
• Check financial situation and background of the prospective tenant/company renting the property, a second check is made by an external screening company HuurcheckNederland;
• Draw up the correct form of rental agreement:
• Ensure the first month's rent and deposit is paid as agreed, prior to check in;
• Facilitate the inspection during the check in and then, at the end of the rental period, the check out, providing both parties with a copy of the inspection report and photos.
